REFUNDS POLICY
At Emberwood Coffee Co. we can issue a refund if your coffee has a genuine defect or if your order is completely wrong. This should not be happening in the first place, so that is why we are happy to refund the full price of the incorrect/defected coffee to hopefully rectify the issue for you. Alternatively, we can make other arrangements to rectify our mistakes if you contact us with your order number and the issue via orders@emberwoodcoffee.com.
If you change your mind about the order, please email orders@emberwoodcoffee.com with your order number and reason for cancelling and we can arrange a refund and cancellation of your order providing that it has not already been completed. You will be notified if your order has already been completed via email and this will also be visible from the My Orders page.
We will not issue a refund for if you your order has been completed and there are no issues with the coffee or order itself. This is because our coffee is a fresh food product and cannot be sold on again due to the time elapsed from the roasting date. Please contact us if you have queries about your order that may not have been covered here.
